- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Our team then verifies stock and prepares your items for shipment.
- Processing Delays: During peak periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take an extra day. If any unexpected delay or backorder occurs, we will notify you promptly via email.
- Cut-off Times: Orders completed early in the day are more likely to ship out the same day. We recommend placing urgent orders before 12 PM local time on weekdays for the fastest handling.

Domestic Shipping (USA & Canada)
We offer fast, reliable shipping for all domestic orders within the United States and Canada. Our domestic shipping options are designed to get your equipment to you in as little as 24–48 hours after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping (USA & Canada): Delivered in 1–2 business days. Most U.S. and Canadian orders arrive within 24–48 hours once shipped. We utilize expedited ground networks and local warehouses to ensure quick delivery. This option is free for qualifying orders (see Shipping Costs & Free Shipping below).
- Express Shipping: Need it even faster? We offer an overnight or 1-day delivery option to most U.S. and Canadian addresses for an additional fee. Select Express at checkout to guarantee delivery by the next business day (order cut-off times may apply).
Carriers: Domestic packages are shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post. We will automatically choose the best carrier based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Our goal is to deliver your order in perfect condition and on time using the most efficient service available.
Tracking: Every shipment comes with a tracking number. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS text, if subscribed) with your tracking information. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real-time. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after pickup to display progress.
USA & Canada Delivery Areas: We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and all Canadian provinces/territories. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or remote northern regions of Canada may experience slightly longer delivery times (typically 3–5 days) due to distance. We do not charge any additional fees for standard shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, but express delivery options to these areas might have a surcharge (shown at checkout).

International Shipping (Worldwide)
Max Gym Gear proudly ships to most countries worldwide. We want our global customers to enjoy a smooth delivery experience:
- Delivery Timeframe: International orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days after dispatch. We use express international services to ensure you receive your gear within a week in most cases. (For example, customers in Europe, Asia, or Australia usually receive their orders within one week.) Some remote locations or areas with limited courier service might take a few days longer (up to 10 business days).
- International Carriers: We partner with major global logistics providers such as DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, FedEx International, and local postal services. The carrier is selected based on fastest transit to your region and reliability of service.
- Tracking & Notifications: Just like domestic shipments, all international packages include tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking number once the order ships. Our system will update you on key milestones (e.g., when the package clears customs or is out for delivery).
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs agency. These charges (if any) are not included in our product or shipping prices. You (the receiver) are responsible for any such fees. The courier will typically bill you or require payment upon delivery for duties/taxes. We label our shipments with accurate product values and descriptions to ensure smooth customs processing and minimize any delays.
- Customs Clearance: Most orders clear customs without any issues. In the rare case your package is held or delayed in customs, we will assist in providing any documents or information needed to expedite release. This could extend delivery beyond the 5–7 day estimate, but we will keep you informed.
- Currency & Payment: Our checkout will display prices in USD (and may show approximate local currency). All orders are charged in USD. Your bank or card provider handles currency conversion if you’re purchasing from outside the USA. This doesn’t affect shipping but is good to know as an international customer.
Where We Ship: We cover North America, Europe, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and many other regions. If your country is available in our shipping dropdown at checkout, that means we can ship to you! If you do not see your country listed, unfortunately we may not ship there at this time (feel free to Contact Us for possible alternatives or future plans).

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We believe in fair and transparent shipping costs. Our goal is to make shipping affordable (or free!) and easy to understand:
- Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders over $150 USD within the USA and Canada. If your order subtotal meets this amount, free 1–2 day shipping will automatically apply at checkout.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders below the free shipping threshold ship at a low flat-rate cost. In the USA/Canada, this flat rate is typically $9.99 USD (for the entire order, regardless of weight or size). This flat fee will be shown in your cart before you finalize the order.
- Express Shipping Fees: If you select an upgraded shipping method (overnight, priority, etc.), the additional cost will be calculated based on real-time carrier rates and displayed at checkout. We negotiate discounted express rates with carriers and pass the savings to you.
- International Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/volume. We provide discounted international rates through our global courier partners. You will see the shipping cost before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises. (Tip: ordering multiple items together can be more cost-effective, as the first item bears most of the base shipping fee.)
- Free International Shipping: Occasionally, we run promotions for free or reduced-rate international shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our website banners or subscribe to our newsletter for any current shipping specials.
- Heavy Item Surcharges: For extremely heavy or oversized items (such as commercial-grade machines), a freight delivery surcharge may apply, especially for international or remote deliveries. If applicable, this will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout. We try our best to subsidize part of this cost to keep it reasonable.
- All-Inclusive Pricing: Aside from possible import taxes (discussed in International Shipping above), what you see at checkout is what you pay. We do not add any hidden “handling” fees or fuel surcharges after the fact. Shipping fees (if any) are clearly stated upfront.
By offering free shipping over a certain amount and flat-rate options, we aim to remove cost barriers and make it easy for you to get your gear delivered. We know that high shipping costs can deter a purchase, so we’ve structured our rates to be customer-friendly and competitive.
Discreet Packaging & Labeling
Your privacy and peace of mind are important to us. We understand that gym equipment can be a significant investment, and you might prefer a bit of discretion with deliveries. That’s why we employ discreet packaging practices for all orders:
- Plain Boxes: All Max Gym Gear products are shipped in plain, unbranded cardboard boxes or brown shipping paper. There is no flashy branding or product details printed on the outside. From the exterior, nobody can tell what’s inside.
- Minimal Labels: The shipping label will simply show the necessary delivery information and our return address. Our company name is kept discreet; we may use “MGG Fulfillment” or similar on the return address instead of “Max Gym Gear” for added privacy.
- No Product Descriptions: We do not list the specific contents on the outer label. (For international shipments, we include a generic description for customs, e.g. “Fitness Equipment” or “Sporting Goods”, but not the exact item name or high-value details.)
- Secure Packaging: Inside the box, your items are well-protected with padding material to prevent damage. We also include a packing slip/invoice inside the box (never on the outside), so only you will see the details of your order.
- Discretion for High-Value Items: For expensive equipment, discreet packaging helps avoid drawing attention during transit or at your doorstep. Your neighbors won’t know you just received a top-of-the-line home gym, and porch thieves won’t be tempted by obvious branding.
In summary, our packaging is clean and nondescript. You can feel confident ordering from us knowing that your delivery will arrive quietly and securely, with your privacy respected.
Shipping Restrictions & Special Cases
While we ship to most locations, there are a few restrictions and special cases to be aware of:
- P.O. Boxes: Most carriers will not deliver large packages to P.O. Box addresses. For this reason, we cannot ship heavy or bulky gym equipment to P.O. boxes. If you enter a P.O. box for an order containing larger items, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate physical address. Small accessory orders (e.g. resistance bands or apparel) can sometimes ship via USPS to a P.O. box, but we recommend using a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.
- APO/FPO & Military Addresses: We appreciate our service members! For APO/FPO military mail, we can ship small parcels via USPS. However, large items (over USPS size/weight limits) cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. If you have an APO/FPO address and wish to order, please reach out to us – we will do our best to find a solution or advise on possible delivery options.
- Remote Areas: If you live in a remote or hard-to-reach area (e.g., islands only accessible by ferry, mountainous regions, or locales far from carrier distribution centers), delivery may require extra time or incur special arrangements. In rare cases, our team might contact you to confirm additional details or discuss potential surcharges for remote delivery. We will always seek your approval before charging any extra fees.
- Embargoed Countries: Due to U.S. export regulations and international sanctions, we cannot ship to certain countries. These currently include (but may not be limited to) North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea. Our system will block orders to these regions. We apologize for any inconvenience to customers in these areas.
- Invalid Addresses: Please provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If we notice an address issue, we will attempt to contact you. Shipping to hotels or temporary addresses is done at your own risk (make sure the location will accept and hold your package).
- Multiple Packages: If your order includes multiple large items, we may ship them in separate boxes (or even via different carriers). They might arrive on different days. Our tracking communications will indicate if an order is split into multiple shipments. This is normal and due to package size limits, but all items should still arrive close together.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We know how important it is for you to receive your gear on time and in perfect condition. While we (and our carriers) do our very best, occasionally the unexpected happens. Here’s how we handle such situations to protect our customers:
- Delayed Deliveries: If your package is taking longer than expected (based on the timeframes outlined above), please reach out to us. Often, delays can occur due to weather, peak season backlogs, or customs clearance (for international). We can provide you with an update or investigate the cause of delay. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows a package hasn’t updated for several days, or is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, let us know. We will open a case with the carrier to locate the package. In the meantime, we will work with you to ensure you’re not left empty-handed. This may include sending a replacement order or issuing a refund if the item is confirmed lost. Rest assured, you will not be responsible for losses in transit – we take care of our customers.
- Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that a package is marked delivered and is suspected stolen from your doorstep, please notify us and file any necessary theft report with local authorities. We can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. While we cannot be responsible for theft after delivery, we will do our best to help – such as providing documentation for insurance and, in select cases, offering a courtesy discount or replacement.
- Damaged in Transit: We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If you notice severe damage to the box at delivery, ask the driver to note it and/or refuse the shipment. For minor or concealed damage, please take photos of the damage and packaging, and email them to our support team. We will immediately work on a solution – typically by shipping a replacement part or a new item, or arranging a repair. We’ll also handle the claim with the shipping carrier. You deserve to receive what you ordered in perfect condition.
- Insurance: For peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured by us up to their full value. You don’t need to purchase any separate shipping insurance. We’ve got you covered.
Our priority is your satisfaction. If anything goes wrong with the delivery, we take full responsibility to make it right. Shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind every shipment.
Signature Requirements & Delivery Confirmation
To ensure the safe arrival of your order, we may require a signature upon delivery in certain cases:
- High-Value Orders: Orders over $500 USD (or containing high-value equipment) will require a signature at the time of delivery. This protects your purchase by ensuring it’s handed directly to you (or another adult at your address) rather than left unattended.
- Freight Deliveries: Large equipment shipped via freight (on a pallet) always requires signature and an appointment (see Large Equipment Delivery below for details). The freight carrier will not drop off heavy shipments without someone to sign and receive the goods.
- Optional Signature: For standard shipments below the high-value threshold, we typically ship Signature Not Required to make it convenient (so you don’t have to be home). However, if you prefer to add a signature requirement for extra security, please let us know when ordering or add a note at checkout. We can often accommodate this at no extra charge.
- Carrier Confirmation: Even when a signature is not mandated, the carriers will often use GPS and photo confirmation for deliveries. If a delivery is confirmed by the carrier but you cannot locate the package, see the section above on Lost Packages and contact us.
- Missed Deliveries: If a signature is required and no one is available at delivery, the carrier will generally leave a notice and re-attempt the next business day, or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Follow the instructions on the notice or in your tracking updates to arrange a re-delivery or pickup. You can also contact the carrier to schedule a specific delivery time if needed. There is no additional charge for re-delivery attempts, but after a certain number of attempts the package may be returned to us (we would reach out to coordinate in that event).
By using signature confirmation strategically, we balance convenience with security. Our goal is to make sure you receive your order securely without undue hassle. If you have special delivery instructions or security concerns, feel free to share them with us – we’ll note them for the carrier.
Large Equipment Delivery (Freight & White-Glove Service)
Ordering a heavy or oversized item like a power rack, treadmill, or home gym system? We’ve got special procedures to handle these big deliveries safely and conveniently:
- Freight Shipping (Curbside Delivery): Large gym equipment is shipped via freight truck. Standard freight delivery is “curbside,” meaning the carrier will unload the pallet from the truck at the curb or end of your driveway. Important: The driver is not obligated to carry the item inside or upstairs. Please plan to have someone available to help move the boxes indoors. The pallet may be large and heavy, so having extra help or equipment (like a dolly) is advised.
- Delivery Appointment: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you by phone (or email) to schedule a delivery window that works for you. Typically, you’ll agree on a day and a 4-hour window when you or someone can be present. Delivery times are usually during normal business hours on weekdays. Tip: Provide a good contact number at checkout to avoid any scheduling delays.
- Liftgate Service: Our freight shipments include liftgate service at delivery free of charge. This means the truck will have a hydraulic lift to lower the pallet to the ground. You won’t have to hoist anything off the truck. The driver will place the pallet on the ground for you. (If for some reason a liftgate isn’t available, let us know and we will arrange alternatives or assistance.)
- White-Glove Upgrade: Want your equipment brought inside or even assembled? We offer White-Glove Delivery options in many areas for an added fee. With White-Glove Service, a specialized team will deliver the item into your room of choice (e.g. a home gym room or basement) and unpack it. We also offer an Assembly Service upgrade on select products, where professionals will set up and install the equipment for you. These services can be selected during checkout for eligible products, or you can inquire with us to add it after purchase.
- Room-of-Choice Delivery: This is a step below full white-glove assembly – the delivery team will carry the boxes to the specific room or floor you want (even up stairs, if needed), but will not assemble. This option ensures your heavy gear ends up exactly where you want it inside your home.
- Additional Time for White-Glove: If you choose inside delivery or assembly, please note that it might add a few days to the delivery timeline to coordinate the specialized team. We’ll keep you informed and the scheduling team will contact you to arrange a convenient date/time for the in-home service.
- Geographic Availability: White-glove and assembly services are available in most major metropolitan areas in the USA and Canada. If you’re in a remote location, we will check service availability. If we cannot provide white-glove in your area, we’ll let you know and of course won’t charge for it.
- Preparation: Before a large delivery, ensure the path to your intended location is clear. Measure doorways if you’re having a big machine brought inside. The team will do their best, but they cannot remove doors or make structural modifications. They also cannot take away old equipment unless pre-arranged.
Our goal is to make sure even the biggest pieces of gym equipment arrive safely and conveniently. Whether you choose basic curbside delivery or opt for full-service assembly, we handle each large order with extra care and attention. Working out is hard – getting your equipment shouldn’t be!
